TL;DR Summary: We strive to be on time and professional. We ask that you are ready at your
agreed location at the scheduled time, respect the vehicle, and understand that last-minute cancellations affect
our small business. We understand plans can change and our Terms and Conditions are designed to be fair while
respecting reserved booking times.
By making payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.Vehicle Substitution
Built2big Transfers reserves the right to substitute the booked vehicle with a similar or equivalent vehicle
where necessary due to availability, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Any substitute
vehicle will be of comparable capacity, comfort, and standard of service. No additional charges will apply for
such substitutions.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are considered "Requests" until a payment is successfully processed via our secure Stripe link.
Pricing is dynamic based on distance and vehicle requirements as calculated at the time of booking.
3. Waiting Time Policy
Domestic Arrivals: 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the flight's actual
arrival time.
International Arrivals: 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the flight's actual
arrival time.
Private/Address Pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled
booking time.
After the complimentary period, a fee of $20.00 per 15-minute block (or part thereof) will be
charged to the card on file.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Greater than 24 hours notice: Full refund (minus a $5 administration fee) or a reschedule
of the booking.
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the total fare is non-refundable or a reschedule of the
booking.
Less than 12 hours notice: 100% of the fare is non-refundable.
No-Show: 100% of the fare is forfeited if the passenger is not at the location within the
waiting time limits and has not made contact.
Built 2 Big Initiated Cancellation: A full refund will be provided or a priority reschedule
of the booking if preferred.
5. Vehicle Cleaning & Damage
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior.
A minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 applies for any spillages, sickness, or professional
detailing required due to passenger conduct.
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in the vehicle by Australian law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built 2 Big is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including
missed flights, appointments, or events due to traffic conditions, mechanical breakdown, or extreme weather. Our
total liability is limited to a resupply of the service or a refund of the fare paid.
