Customer Feedback For Built 2 Big Private Transfers Gold Coast From Brisbane to Byron Bay

5 stars. Thank you so much to Ben and his team! The website was easy to navigate and booked my transport straight away, no issues. Received booking confirmations which is always a plus and a text the morning of my transport booking - very professional. Unfortunately, departing my cruise we had delays with authorities and put us behind schedule for 1 hour! The driver contacted me and waited patiently at the cruise terminal until my kids and I were ready, due to the busyness of everything couldn’t respond immediately. Both Ben and the driver were understanding and still offered the service! I was not charged or asked to pay extra, which I would have been happy to for making a business wait 1 hour given the current fuel prices. I highly recommend this service and business for anyone. 🙌 Thank you for being accommodating and professional. We had a safe trip and appreciate assistance with our heavy luggage bag. 😅☺️☺️ Will definitely book with the team again in future trips.

Great service. Would 100% recommend and use again.

The team was fantastic. They tracked the flight and the new we arrived earlier and were waiting for us .On the way home due to a small illness we changed the route and asked the driver to take us to the hospital. They did it with no extra charge. The best service ever.

Ben was a great communicator, he was organised, efficient and very supportive through our experience. Highly trustworthy and recommended for any future commutes.

Awesome transfer to the airport, spot on time, comfortable ride and the ease of booking and the communication by Ben was great! Good value and highly recommend!

Great service, easy booking, clean car and great personality of the owner/driver. the contact over the phone/whatsapp was good. My flight changed several times and wasn't any issues to change it. Thanks for the good service. Will definitely rebook for the next holiday.

Great communicator, very responsive to messages and more importantly brilliant chat.

Ben and William were wonderful. Easy to deal with, very responsive to messages, both were super kind and helpful to the family. Meet and greet very much appreciated. We travelled to GC from Brisbane and then to Coolangatta airports. Highly recommended- would use them again in a heartbeat and they’ll be our go transport for our next trip. Thanks so much Ben and William if I could rate you 100/100 I would.

Ben delivered an absolute great service. As we were leaving the house he sent us a message saying our flight had been delayed before we had even received a notification from Jetstar. This was a life saver with our newborn baby. He was friendly and on time. His car seat and car was in great condition and very clean. We felt very comfortable and will continue using his services!

Fabulous, super clean car & great service , we were met promptly, the driver catered to our flight delay schedule and organised luggage and drop off with great efficiency. Pleasant engaging driver who deserves 5 stars! Highly recommend!

The service was amazing. From first booking, to the day before pickup, all the way through to being dropped back off at home. Communication was excellent. Will certainly use again

We can’t thank Built 2 Big Airport Transfers enough for the fantastic service. We were a large family group travelling with extra luggage and wheelchairs, and they were incredibly accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and seamless. They were prompt, professional, friendly and genuinely caring, with extremely competitive pricing. We felt very well looked after from start to finish. It’s not always easy organising transport for a large family with additional mobility needs, but they went above and beyond to make everything simple. Highly recommend Built 2 Big Story for reliable, affordable and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be using them again! ❤️

Ben and Cam were great! Friendly punctual service. Professional drivers, high quality clean vehicles and excellent local knowledge.

Great service. Good communication and kept me updated on my booking, pick-up time, etc. Can highly recommend and would use them again 😃.

Ben was awesome!! Excellent communication, super friendly, fast on time pick up and great banter on the trip in! We would highly recommend Ben

Awesome service. Definitely recommend.

We recently used Built2Big transport for our recent trip to Gold Coast airport. I contacted them the day before and they were very easy to work with, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. We travelled with 4 adults and an infant in the van with a babyseat provided. The trip was very comfortable , driver was lovely and fit all our luggage comfortably too. Great experience and highly recommend!

From first booking contact , until our last trip (we booked a return trip) we were gratefully looked after by Ben.His timeliness, friendliness ,attentiveness, adaptability and professionalism as well as sense of humor made our family feel at ease and well looked after. We hired the van, and it was comfortable and roomy for all of our luggage .I would highly recommend his business.

We have used Ben and his drivers a couple of times now, The service is 1st class, from the day before you travel getting a confirmation of our pick up, the messages were very comforting to know that they are on the way to pick us up for our international flight. Great service. AAA+.

Great service. Very reasonable price. On time and quality vehicle.

Fantastic prompt service !! We will definitely be using their services again !! Price was also good compared to other companies

Ben arranged for a driver to take us to our destination and made sure it was adequate for our party size and luggage. The driver Zaf was excellent in his driving and service. We also had a misplaced item in the vehicle after drop-off and Ben was gracious in helping us get it returned! Love the gesture.

We’ve used Ben and the team from Built2Big Transfers a couple of times when on the Gold Coast. Always super reliable and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Great service! Very reliable - communication was 10/10 and so were the chats for my journey from Byron Bay to Gold Coas Airport! Reasonably priced amongst other quotes I also had for this trip.

Ben from Built 2 Big was amazing at securing us a ride from the Gold Coast to Brisbane Airport. After another transfer company cancelled on us last minute Ben went out of his way & found us a ride with Greg. Greg was a great driver, the drive was smooth, comfortable & we got there right in time! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

First time using this company and Ben was brilliant communication was outstanding he texted as soon as we arrived at the airport and told us exactly where to meet. He keep us entertained the whole way to the hotel we are heading to Gold Coast in Jan and 1000% we will be using Ben again as he gave us all the info we needed as we haven’t been here for 19 yrs.

What an amazing experience Ben was outstanding goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything gave us great ideas where to go especially with trams etc we have booked a family holiday and we can’t wait for Ben to take us where we need to go anyone who is unsure don’t be cause this guy is brilliant 1000% we will be using his transport every time.

We had the best experience using Ben from Built2big. He was really friendly and reliable and the vehicle was spacious and spotless. Would highly recommend Ben and will use his service again.

Comms were great, Picked us up as soon as we left customs so no wait and got us there easy and promptly. Van was comfortable and tidy too. Ngā mihi :)

The car was clean, ben was amazing and friendly and also the most reasonable prices in gold coast. Recommend him 100%

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well organised. Convenient and great communication.

We used Ben for our airport transfers as well as a trip to Dreamworld and honestly couldn’t be happier. Ben was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating from the moment we booked. Communication was great, and he made everything really easy for us, especially travelling with our toddler. The vehicle was absolutely immaculate, super comfortable and had plenty of room for all our luggage. Most importantly, we felt really safe with Ben’s driving, which made such a difference travelling with our little one. We had such a great experience and would definitely recommend Ben to anyone needing airport or private transfers. We’ll definitely use him again next time!

Prompt, efficient service with a friendly driver and a luxurious vehicle

I rang with a last minute request for a car service to collect my elderly father from the airport when I wasn’t going to make it in time. I called three places before built2big and none could accommodate. Thank goodness they came thru with the goods because I would have been 90 minutes late - the traffic was so much worse than anticipated. They could not have been more accommodating, dropped my dad right to the door of the venue my daughter was competing at, rang me to tell me he’d dropped him and where, rang from the car to say he had him etc. traffic was just awful today and I’m very grateful for the pristine luxury service, particularly given it took so much ok get than anticipated, on top of my dads flight being delayed. Thank you so much!!

Professional service

Great service if you want no worries on time transport this is the one very professional nothing is a problem great communication highly recommend this business . Ben and his team were excellent for our airport transfers 👍.

I'd found Built2Big Airport Transfers online and booked our return trips to Brisbane airport. The communication was excellent! We had Ben (the actual owner!) collect us and take us to Brisbane airport at 6.30pm. Ben was so friendly and professional, taking our luggage from us and placing it in the boot of his van, and opening the doors for both of us. His van, a Hyundai Staria, was immaculately clean and very comfortable. On our return trip via detailed communication, Ben met us at the Rideshare at Brisbane airport and got us home safe n sound. Communication- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Professionalism - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ On time - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cost- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (exceptionally reasonable) Comfort- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ben and Built2Big Airport Transfers were simply stellar, and are now our go-to transfer service!-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolute legend of a bloke took us from surfers paradise to Brisbane and spoke the whole way and plenty of laughs were had. Definitely recommend him and I even left my wallet on the his uber and I was on holiday from Tasmania and he’s posting it down for me so wicked of a bloke.

An absolutely fantastic experience through this company. Ben went above and beyond for our family and his communication, manner and professionalism was outstanding. Thank you Ben.

Super professional and definitely will use again when travelling to GC. Great communication and backwards baby seat was super easy and stress free.

very clean and comfortable ride, on schedule🤙🏽.

We used this service today after a last minute phone call the night before. The owner of the company accommodated us, was early and constant communication. We were a group of 6 with 6+ suitcases and plenty of room and spacious. The hour trip went by quick due to the smoothness and friendly conversations throughout. Would definitely recommend and will be using again!

Awesome company! On time, reliable and very friendly service. Would definitely recommend 100%.

Ben is a legend of a bloke. Good vibes. Clean service. Easy to book. Highly recommend for anyone hitting the GC.

Highly recommend Built2Big Transfers! We recently booked a return transfer between the Gold Coast and Brisbane Airport. Ben provided a fantastic, spacious vehicle that perfectly matched our request for a larger car. The vehicle was immaculately clean. As both the driver and owner, Ben was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. He kept us updated on his status well before our pickup times and insisted on loading all our heavy luggage himself. Exceptional service from start to finish—we would recommend Ben and Built2Big Transfers to any potential clients.

My experience with Ben and Built was excellent from start to finish, excellent communication, helpful personalised service, accommodating and fantastic service. I booked 6 x individual transfers during our stay including airport, hotel and cruise transfers for the group we were travelling with all were carried out on time and stress free! We have just returned from a trip to the Gold Coast .We used Built2 BigTransfers. They were great. Found their booking site easy to use and book. Our flight was delayed getting into Coolangatta but Ben was waiting there for us, he texted as soon as we landed. Same on return trip , kept informed of pick up time . Vechicles were well maintained. Will definitely use them again .

Professional service, clean vehicle. Worked perfectly for us with a toddler.

Absolute champion! Thanks Ben. Made getting the whole fam - including bub from the airport to accommodation easy as pie.

Benny is cool as , on time and professional, also very chill and easy to get along with. The transport he uses is very comfortable and lots of space. He has been a great find for our company doing airport transfers from Brissy down to Tweed early morning and late nights. Recommend highly.

What a great way to arrive back in the country! They were prompt with their communication, friendly, and efficient. It was a stress-free transfer from Brisbane to Byron Bay, and not to mention super affordable for a last-minute booking. They were more than happy to accommodate the surfboards I brought back with me. I would definitely use these guys again. Keep up the exceptional work!

What a great experience. Absolutely above and beyond first class service. Would highly recommend Ben and his team 💕 …

Ben at built2big transfers was on time, helpful and accommodating, especially with the addition of a baby seat in really good Knick to help us get our family to the airport. Pick us up on time and right at our hotel doors. Great service, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for transport.

Ben is the most reliable driver I have ever had always 5 minutes early. We will use him again for sure.

This was the first time booking with Built2Big. I booked late notice and spoke with Ben who was very helpful and made the process very easy. Before even boarding my plane I received clear communication of who my driver would be and confirmation my driver would be there when I land. When landing I received another text welcoming me and very clear and precise instructions of where to go, how to find them and the car details I was looking for. Kim was our driver and amazing, such a nice guy! Thank you so much for organising and be very punctual. It was so easy to find Kim and a relief to just get on the way when we arrived No more waiting an hour for an uber this was so much easier. I will never use another transfer company again I will be definitely only book with Built2Big. Thank you again you are amazing. 😊

Highly recommend! Our driver was absolutely fantastic from Byron Bay to Brisbane. They were easy to communicate with, very friendly, and incredibly accommodating throughout the whole trip. They helped us with all of our luggage, made sure we were comfortable, and the drive was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The service was professional, reliable, and went above and beyond. Thank you for making our journey so easy—we’ll definitely use this company again!

Amazing experience with Ben on our tour of Byron Bay including the lighthouse. Ben picked us up from our hotel and took us to Byron Bay. He showed us hi-lights along the way. The drive was comfortable. He is knowledgeable, accomodating and made our day a pleasurable experience. Ben is highly recommended and will use his services when we are back in the Gold Coast.

Great airport transfer service and good value for money too compared to 13Cabs, Silvercabs and others. We used them to get from our Airbnb to Coolangatta airport and booked last minute at 10pm for our 8am ride. Appreciated the prompt call back to confirm service. The service proved to be above and beyond our expectations from ease of booking on the website to on time pick up, super comfy and spacious van and a friendly driver who made us feel very welcome. With a 2 year old, 8 year old and 10 year old travel was already stressful and we appreciated the ease of airport transfer. Highly recommend this service especially with children or anyone needing extra assistance. Great to know they also do Brisbane airport, Gold Coast and Byron Bay. This is why I prefer to use local small businesses by the way great service, personalised and they always offer the best value.

Built2big - What are great service from online booking to delivering the service. Highly recommend to use.

It was a real pleasure travelling with Ben in his most comfortable new car. He was prompt, and kept to schedule. His fixed quote took the anxiety out of costing ; and his friendly manner made the trip even more pleasant. We have no hesitation in recommending him highly as a courier of choice.

By far one of the best fixed price transfer options we’ve ever used. Ben was brilliant. He messaged confirming pick up the evening before and messaged again in the morning with his ETA. He arrived when he said he would and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. A really easy and friendly experience. I definitely recommend 😊

These guys are CHAMPIONS! Landed at Goldie on Saturday July 4, didn’t know anything about the marathon being run and couldn’t get a taxi, urber or friend for a pickup 😢 Enter these guys and nothing was a problem. They offered to help and help they did. Arrived at our destination even though it was a big trip. Their can do attitude and willingness to support the customer was superb. Thanks to Ben and the team. Love your work ✅✅✅

I would highly recommend using this local business for your next trip. Ben was great a very friendly local guy. Thanks for making our drive to the airport stress free, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable journey also will definitely be using there services again

He even threw in a couple pieces of merchandise to remember our trip by. Fantastic service, 5 stars. Will definitely be using Ben next time we visit the Gold Coast.

Great service from start to finish. Our transfer was originally booked for 7:00am, but at 7:00pm the night before, our flight was cancelled and rescheduled to later that day. Within 10 minutes of contacting them, they had rearranged our pickup from 7:00am to 11:00am and even upgraded us to a larger vehicle at no extra cost. Our driver, Ben, was fantastic, friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout. The whole experience was seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I have been using this service for more than 4 weeks, let me say I cannot recommend Ben enough!!! He is punctual and very trust-worthy.

The service from Built2Big Transfer is thoroughly professional. Their combination of safety and reasonable pricing makes them far more convenient and value-for-money than any other transfer service out there. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Ben for your service. Booking was easy, I got to my destination on time and most importantly, safely. I haven't always felt safe as a woman using ride share services, but I felt looked after and the size of the van gave me a sense of privacy and comfort.

Great service, can highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Ben highly enough. Service is always flawless. Thanks!

We used Built2Big Transfers for a family pickup from Brisbane Airport and honestly couldn't fault the service. Travelling with kids can be stressful but everything was smooth from pickup to drop off. The vehicle was spotless, super comfortable and had plenty of room for all our luggage. Ben was reliable, friendly and great with the kids which made the trip so much easier after a long flight. Highly recommend for anyone needing professional and stress-free airport transfers. We will definitely use him again thanks Ben!

We recently used Built2Big Transfers for a family airport transfer and honestly could not have been happier with the service. Ben was incredibly accommodating organising a baby seat for us and made the whole trip completely stress free. The vehicle was spotless, spacious and very comfortable for our family and luggage. Communication was fantastic the entire time and everything ran perfectly on schedule. It's hard to find transport services that genuinely care about families travelling with young children, but this company absolutely does. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be using Built2Big Transfers again!

Could not fault Built2Big Transfers. Professional, friendly and reliable service with a very clean and comfortable vehicle. Made travelling with family and luggage so much easier. Had an awesome experience with Built2Big Transfer Services run by Ben. I booked a ride from Brisbane to the Gold Coast Airport and everything was spot on. Ben was punctual, professional, and made the whole trip super easy and stress-free. The car was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was great. I arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare, which is exactly what you want when travelling. Highly recommend Ben and Built2Big if you're after reliable, friendly, and top-quality transport. Will definitely be using the service again

I had a last minute flight booked for me for work so I needed to get to the airport asap. My uber app kept playing up so I was super frustrated. I googled other ways to get there as I’m not a fan of taxis and Built 2 Big came up. Booking was easy and Ben was prompt, kind and courteous. The car was super clean and well kept, made for multiple people, but being on my own was cool, felt very VIP. The only way I’ll be travelling from now on. They also personalise your schedule so when I need to travel multiple times in the month, I’ll be using them. Thanks Ben.

Cannot recommend Ben highly enough. Service is always flawless. Thanks!.

Very impressed with all aspects of my trip. Professional, Courteous, can't help enough with all aspects of the trip and general information. Would highly recommend !

Best in the biz. Legend of a driver, easiest bloke to talk too, helped with our luggage as a group of 4, not to mention the most comfortable and modern blacked out van! A big plus is that this bloke can actually drive, makes you feel safe, and knows the area efficiently - compared to other alternatives. 11/10 if I could! Definitely recommend to anyone

Ben offers a professional, friendly, reliable service. All requests are handled personally - I have rebooked with him and will always use his transfers when my work takes me to the Gold Coast.
