Are your transfer prices fixed, or will there be extra fees?
All of our quotes are 100% fixed and inclusive. The price you see on your screen during booking is the final price you pay. There are no extras after the trip or credit card processing fees, unless there are excessive wait times outside the allowance detailed in the terms and conditions. Do you charge extra for late-night transfers?
Yes. Trips with start time between 10:00pm and 7:00am are more expensive but that is included in the fixed quote.
Do you provide a meet & greet service?
Yes. A meet and greet service is available for an additional $49 and, if ordered, it is included in the final fixed quote.
Can I pre-book my transfer?

What happens if I have to cancel my booking?
Here is the Cancellations And Refunds extract from our Terms and Conditions:
Greater than 24 hours notice: Full refund (minus a $5 administration fee) or a reschedule of the booking.
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the total fare is non-refundable or a reschedule of the booking.
Less than 12 hours notice: 100% of the fare is non-refundable.
No-Show: 100% of the fare is forfeited if the passenger is not at the location within the waiting time limits and has not made contact.

Family Travel & Safety
What is the law for using child seats?
In Queensland there is an exemption from using child seats for children up to 7 years old when
travelling in a ride booking service such as Built 2 Big Private Transfers. However, we are
committed to child safety and offer the option to include approved and correctly fitted child
seats for all our family transfers. Children under 1 year old can be held on the lap of a person
older than 16 years. Children between 1 and 7 years old can be restrained using a car seat belt
but they must be in the back seat.

In New South Wales there is no such exemption and all children under 7 years old must be secured
in an approved child restraint. Children under 6 months old must be secured in a rear-facing child
restraint. Children between 6 months and 4 years old must be secured in either a rear-facing or
forward-facing child restraint. Children between 4 and 7 years old , and children over 7 years old
and less than 145cm tall, must be secured in either a forward-facing child restraint or a booster
seat. Children over 7 years and taller than 145cm old must use an adult seat belt. See

Do you have child car seats?
Yes, absolutely. We are proudly family-focused and committed to your children's safety. We have available on request, age-appropriate child restraint seats—including rear-facing and forward-facing child seats, and booster seats. What happens if my flight into Gold Coast or Brisbane is delayed?
There is no need to stress. We track your flight status in real-time using your provided flight number. If your plane is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust your pick-up time to match your actual arrival time, ensuring your private transport is waiting on the tarmac whenever you land.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
We provide a premium, stress-free arrival experience. If you request a "meet and greet" as part of
your booking then your professional driver will meet you
inside the terminal arrivals hall holding a sign with your name on it, assist you with your heavy
luggage, and guide you directly to your waiting private vehicle.
If you did not request a "meet
and greet", Your Driver will contact you prior to your scheduled pick-up time to advise you of a
